Terms and Conditions

Welcome Group Consulting is a registered company based in Denmark and
in accordance with Danish law is registered with the Danish Commerce and
Companies Agency with CVR number: 30927338.
By booking one of our services you (the Buyer) are agreeing to a binding
contract with Welcome Group Consulting (the Seller). Welcome Group
Consulting works as an intermediary between the Buyer and the Service
Provider. Welcome Group Consulting is not a party to any agreement
between you and the service provider, nor liable for any attributable failure to
perform or other damages arising out of the introduction of services.
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Welcome Group
Consulting’s Service portfolio.

The Buyer – definition

The Buyer is defined as the person requesting and paying for the services
offered by Welcome Group Consulting. As a Buyer you agree that Welcome
Group Consulting works on your behalf when booking services provided by
third party Service Providers.

Third Party Service Providers – definition

The Third Party Service Provider is defined as the provider of the service you
wish to purchase. Welcome Group Consulting works as an intermediary
between the Buyer and the Service Provider and operates by introducing
The Buyer to The Third Party Service Provider.

Booking

When making a booking with Welcome Group Consulting, (The Seller) will
immediately check Third Party Service Providers to source the most suitable
service tailored to your requirements.

Cancellations and Amendments

Welcome Group Consulting accepts that you may wish to amend or cancel a
service request. Cancellations and amendments should be sent in writing by
The Buyer within twenty four (24) hours after service request.

Subscription Cancellations

Welcome Group Consulting accepts that you may wish to cancel your subscription. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unused services. Cancellations and amendments should be sent in writing to: info@welcomegroupconsulting.com or call 6070 2298. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

Payment

The price of a product or service will be provided by written correspondence
and is considered agreed by both parties.
Unless otherwise set forth in the Sales Confirmation, The Buyer will pay all
invoiced amounts upfront and in full following receipt of the Seller’s invoice.
Unpaid amounts will accrue interest at a rate of fifteen percent (15%) per
month. Buyer’s failure to pay for the Products or Services or any other
breach by Buyer of these Terms.
Welcome Group Consulting’s accommodation service is privy to pay per find
meaning that a success fee is charged once a suitable property is found for
you. Once the introduction to the Third Party Service Provider is announced
any service subsequently booked by The Buyer with The Third Party Service
Provider is subject to the success fee.
